


Obituary of Len Lundell
Leonard “Len” Lundell of Prince Albert, SK, passed away peacefully at the Herb Bassett Home on January 24, 2025.
Len was born in Regina on December 1, 1943, to Swan and Violet Lundell. He received his education in Regina and after graduating from high school he went on to work for Reliance Lumber. He moved to Calgary to work for Revelstoke Lumber in 1972 and was transferred to Prince Albert the following year. He was later employed by the City of Prince Albert and retired after 25 years of service as a Building Inspector.
Len loved the outdoors and especially our lakes and forests. He enjoyed hunting and spent many happy hours fishing. He loved his garden and flowers. Bowling became a winter pastime where he enjoyed the friendships as well as the game.
Len was predeceased by his parents Swan and Violet Lundell; his sister, Sonya, his sister and brother-in-law, Elaine (Leon) Seybert; and his brother-in-law, Marvin Tegart. He is survived by his sister, Pat Tegart, and her daughter, Treena (Dave) Kohler; his brother, Wallie (Anna) Lundell; and his ex-wife and longtime friends, Dorie.
