My thoughts and prayers go out to you Aunt Anna, and of course to Terra, Ivy, Evan & Gordie and families. My early memories of Uncle Gordon are of a tall, handsome man with a kind smile. I thought he had a very quiet, calm and peaceful personality. He used to measure how tall I was by counting the buttons on his dress shirt! What a cool guy! I loved my older cousins, and I remember that Vawn taught me how to sing in harmony...at Grandma & Grandpa Walz's house, in the bedroom upstairs! I remember Christmas in Esterhazy, and all the time we spent on the skidoos. I love the smell of gas to this day because of it! Uncle Gordon was my first relative to send me a "friend request" on Facebook! I thought it was so cool that he was on it before me, and that we could stay in touch that way! He was my Mom's idol, and I pray that everyone who was touched by him, can find peace in his passing and strength in love and prayer. Rest in peace Uncle Gordon...xxoo
