Aunty Dorothy, Keith, Heather & Family,

Safely Home
I am home in Heaven, dear ones;
Oh, so happy and so bright!
There is perfect joy and beauty
In this everlasting light.
All the pain and suffering is over
Every restless tossing passed;
I am now at peace forever,
Safely home in Heaven at last.
Did you wonder I so calmly
Trod the valley of the shade?
Oh! but Jesus' love illumined
Every dark and fearful glade.
And he came Himself to meet me
In that way so hard to tread
And with Jesus' arm to lean on
Could I have one doubt or dread?
Then you must not grieve so sorely,
For I love you dearly still:
Try to look beyond earth's shadows,
Pray to trust our Father's will.
There is still work waiting for you,
So you must not idly stand;
Do it now, while life remaineth-
You shall rest in Jesus' land.
When that work is completed,
He will gently call you home;
Oh, the rapture of that meeting,
Oh, the joy to see you come!

Keith, Heather and family. Our heartfelt sympathies go out to you and your family. Your Dad, Grandfather, Great Grandfather, and husband has been wrapped in God's arms and is now an angel in heaven, watching over you all. Cherish your memories and know that a time will come when the sadness will ease and be replaced with these memories. Our thoughts and prayers are with you all at this most difficult time. Keith, would you please extend our sympathies to your Mom. Also, everyone here at the Vineyards are thinking of you and extend their sympathies as well. Take care and hugs to all.

Dear Dorothy, On Sunday I remembered Clint at the Altar. He has finished his course he has as we all will one day joined the great cloud of witnesses as St Paul reminds us. He has entered into the Communion of Saints. As we gather to receive the body blood of our Lord, Clint will be there joining with us. Yet there will be pain, there will be a sense of loss and a hole which may grow smaller with time but will never be completely filled. Though physicaly taken from your sight Clint remains in your life. His spirit remains close. You will hear his voice, smells will bring memory of him to you. Moments when you feel him present will cause you to cry and at other times cause you to laugh. Remember nothing of this world, not the devil, things past, things to come, nothing can separate us from the love of God. Clint now rests with God surrounded by the love which is beyond our understanding. Know that you and your family remain always in our prayers and Clint forever in our hearts.
Rest eternal grant unto Clint O Lord, and may light perpetual shine upon him as he is carried by the heavenly Angels to rest in the heavenly splendor of God.
In Gods Mercy,
Father Harnish+
