Doris, Tanya, and Donny..
Duane and I wish to let you know that we are thinking of your family at this difficult time. We are sorry that neither of us can make the funeral today, as for we both would have liked to be there. He was a wonderful man, and a great bus driver with a great sense of humour:-). We both have great memories from riding on the bus with Dave, and you could be assured that he was just like the mailman... "Through wind and rain, sleet and snow, you could bet that Dave would show up to take you to school!". Sometimes much to our disappointment as kids, lol... thinking that we could get a couple of extra days at home:-). He was always fair to all of us, and we fondly remember the ice cream treats, the honk and the wave and the friendly goodmorning when he picked you up.
Please take care, and we hope that the memories that we all have, and talk about helps lighten the sorrow at this time.
