Clara Catherine (Lueke) Lukan
Clara was born on October 30th, 1926 in Willmont, Saskatchewan and passed away peacefully on March 3rd, 2015 in Canwood, Saskatchewan, at the age of 88years.
Clara is lovingly remembered by: Her children: Mary (Harold) Hoffman of Middle Lake, SK and their children: James Hoffman (Tina McNab) and his children, Eisha & Granger and Tina’s children, Jacob, Jonas, Justin, Jonathon, Jaleesa & Jay and grandson, Kingsley; Randy (Shirley) Hoffman and their children, Jessica & Amy; Margaret (Ronald) Reves of Debden, SK and their children: Brenda (Sheldon) Eversen and their children, Emily & Ethan; Rhonda (Steven) Peterson and their children, Rhea & Lelan; Anthony (Joan) Lukan of Debden, SK and their children:Leslie Lukan (Nigel Hudson) and her children, Austin & Christianne; Tyann (Jeff) Erikssen and their children, Anna & Stella; Joseph (Janelle) Lukan; Therese (Stuart) McLean of Big River, SK and their children: Karen (Douglas) Rankin and their children, Dylan McLean (Natasha Decker) & Keira; Keith (Jennifer) McLean and their children, Zoe & Dominic; Kristen McLean; Paul (Paulette) Lukan of Warman, SK and their children, Catherine & Jeffrey; Dolores (Ross) Poppel of Shellbrook, SK and their children: David (Karen) Poppel and their children, Kimberly & Deklen; Susanlynn (Christopher) Marquis and their children, Tristan & Ally; Sarah (Justin) Berting and their children, Blair & Brett; Francis (Sadie) Lukan of Pouce Coupe, BC and their children, A.J. (Justine), Cheyanne (Chris) and their children, Ciana & Seria; Alfred (Trenna) Lukan of Debden, SK and their children: Jessica (Jason Sergent), Gerard (Melissa Ardagh), Andrew & Lauren; Linda Lukan (daughter-in-law) and her children: Brian (Deanna) Lukan and their children, Kaylee, Matthew & Brandon; Lana (Scott) Comeau;Her grandson, Chad Lukan and his children, Tanisha & Kayla; Her sisters, Alvina Haslbeck of St. Rose du Lac, MB and Mary Schmit of Humboldt, SK; Her sister-in-law, Christine Lueke of St. Rose du Lac, MB; Her granddaughter-in-law, Cheryl Alvey, as well as numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and countless friends. She is predeceased by: Her loving husband, Bernard John Lukan (2007), Her infant daughter, Bernadette, Her son and daughter-in-law: Joseph and Jeannie Lukan, Her son, Gerard Lukan, Her parents, John and Apollonia Lueke, Her infant great-grandson, Dustin Poppel, Her infant great-granddaughter, Mackenzie Erikssen, Her siblings: Gertrude (Frank) Jergens, Magdalena (Bruno) Wollman, John Lueke, Rose (Herman) Wegleitner, Joseph (Josephine) Lueke, Ferdinand Lueke, Werner Lueke, Fredrick (Olga) Lueke, Alois Lueke, Her brothers-in-law: John Haslbeck, Ferdinand Teiber, Alphonse Schmit.
Prayer Service was held on Friday, March 6th, 2015 from the St. Jean Baptiste Roman Catholic Church, Debden, SK Led by: Chantelle Bisson & Ed Boutin. Mass of Christian Burial was held on Saturday, March 7th, 2015 from the St. Jean Baptiste Roman Catholic Church in Debden, Saskatchewan officiated by Rev. Fr. Sebastian Kunnath. Clara’s Final Resting Place is in the Debden Cemetery beside her loving husband Bernard.
