Obituary of Allan Bruce Thompson

Allan Bruce Thompson 1941- 2015 Allan passed away on April 30, 2015 at the Herb Bassett Home in Prince Albert, SK at the age of 73 years. He was born to Tadje and Betty Thompson on October 2, 1941 in Shell Lake, SK. Allan will be lovingly remembered by: his children Maria of La Ronge, SK and family Grace, Victor Jr., Vince, Talla and Allan; Allan Jr. of La Ronge, SK and family Derek, Heather, Marlena, Jennifer, Betty Jean, Lana, LoveLee and Tadge; Todd (Natalie) of La Ronge, SK and family Barrett, Todd Jr., Tyren, Albert, Catherine and Tuff; Robert of La Ronge, SK and family Scott, Ricky and Teddy; Clayton of La Ronge, SK and family Clarissa; Jerry Betty of La Ronge, SK and family Michelle, Matthew and Megan; Bruce of La Ronge, SK and family Teddy, Shayle and Jade; his step-children Frank (Kathy) Bird, Patsy, Mary, Bella, Nancy and Leona; his siblings, Shirley (Pat) Campling and Gary (Bonnie) Thompson. Allan was predeceased by his wife Ida; his sons, Teddy, Myles and Ricky; a grandson and great grandson in infancy; and the mother of his children, Grace. Wake Services will be held on Wednesday May 6, at 5:00pm in Kitsaki Hall. The Funeral Service will be held on Thursday May 7th at 2:00pm in the La Ronge Lutheran Fellowship Church, with Pastor Wayne Olson officiating. Interment will follow at the La Ronge Cemetery. In lieu of other tributes memorial donations in Allan’s memory may be made to the La Ronge Lutheran Fellowship Church.
