Obituary of Frank Duncan Beebe

Frank Beebe 1915-2015 Frank was born October 16, 1915 at Veteran, AB. He came to Saskatchewan at a young age with his parents and siblings. After working on the homestead, trapping, working in the bush, and a bit of travelling he settled down and married his life partner Elizabeth Campbell in 1939. During the first years they moved around a fair bit but eventually settled down on the old Campbell farm in the spring of 1953. Frank lived on this farm until 2010, when he moved into the Evergreen Lodge in Leoville where he resided until his passing on May 3rd, 2015 at the age of 99 years, 6 months and 17 days. Frank is lovingly survived by: his children: Marion Grassick, Shirley Hodgson, Darlene (Roger) Bruneau, Alex (Bev), Tom (Barb), Phyllis (Lloyd) Gwilliam, Harold (Shirley), a son in-law, Melvin Doetzel, a daughter in-law, Sheila Beebe, 38 grandchildren, 76 great grandchildren, 18 great, great grandchildren, his sister, Ida Ransome, his sister in-law, Nora Beebe, numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives. He is predeceased by: his wife, Elizabeth (nee Campbell) in 1971, his sons, Russell (in infancy) and Richard, his daughters, Joan Heppner, Joyce Beebe and Ellen Doetzel, his sons in-law, Charles Grassick, George Heppner and Albert Hudson, a grandson and great granddaughter, his parents, Russell and Anna Beebe, his parents in-law, Alexander and Jessie Campbell, his siblings, Pearl Trowbridge, Maddeline Gorham, Charles, Effie Lucier, Johnny, and Clarence. A Funeral Service was held on Monday, May 11th, 2015, Leoville Community Hall, Leoville, SK. Interment followed the service in the Timberland Cemetery.
