Ralph was born on May 14, 1955 to David and Eva Starblanket in Shellbrook, SK. The Wake Service commenced on August 4, 2015 at 6:00 p.m. in the Ahtahkakoop First Nation Band Hall. The Funeral Service will be held on August 5, 2015 at 2:00 p.m. in the Ahtahkakoop First Nation Band Hall with Rev. Marj Hyman as officiant. Interment will be in St. Mark's Cemetery .
