Obituary of Robert Marcel Arcand

Robert Arcand 1941-2015 On Sunday, November 29, 2015, Robert Marcel Arcand, late of Prince Albert, formerly of Muskeg Lake Cree Nation, passed away suddenly at the age of 74 years. Robert was born on February 5, 1941 on Muskeg Lake Cree Nation to George and Etta Arcand. Robert is lovingly survived by his children, Roberta Sanderson (Jonas), Albert Arcand (Erin), Ronald Arcand; his grandchildren and Chapans, Natasha Arcand (Cienna, Andre), Juanita Sanderson (William, Lucas), Josh Williams (Kobe, Karter), Jordan Williams, Justice Williams, Kayla Arcand, Rubin Waditaka, Lyric Arcand; his siblings and their children, Joseph Arcand (Joel, Joy), Freda Arcand (Derek, Jennifer), Linda Arcand (Tracey, Wendy, Leanne, Melissa), Shirley Arcand (Clint, Darwin), Jenny Arcand (Angela); the mother of his children, Rosemary Masuskapoe; his special friends and cousin, Leo and Judy Arcand; Robert was predeceased by his sons, Ernest & Rubin Arcand; his special companion, Barb Roberts; his parents Etta & George Arcand; his paternal grandparents, Louis & Isabelle Arcand; his maternal grandparents, William & Mary Sakiwew; his brothers and sister, William, Raymond, Sidney, Clifford, Fred, Theresa; his nieces / nephews, Jasmine, Jackie, Nolan, Corrina, Percy. There was a Wake Service that commenced for Robert at the Marcelin Community Hall on Tuesday, December 1, 2015 at 2pm. The Mass of Christian Burial took place on Wednesday, December 2, 2015 at 11:00 am from the Community Hall. The interment was in the Muskeg Lake Cree Nation Cemetery.
