Obituary of Marlene Rose LaFaver

Marlene Rose LaFaver 1941 – 2016 Marlene passed away suddenly with her family by her side on Monday January 4, 2016 at the Victoria Hospital in Prince Albert, SK. Marlene was born in Prince Albert November 13, 1941 to Steve and Rose Luciuk. She completed her education in Prince Albert, SK. In 1962 she married the love of her life Ronald and they were blessed with 2 children. Ronald and Marlene owned P.A. They enjoyed many family holidays which took them to Vegas, Disneyland and Palm Springs. In 2004, they retired and were able to enjoy a little more time at the family cabin in the Sunnyside Coop. During this time she was busy with perogies, pies, cookies and crochet work for the weekly farmer’s market. Marlene loved her role as a mother and grandmother and was able to spend extra time with her grandchildren by babysitting them. Her kind, loving nature was also shown with her love of pets. Marlene had numerous friends which were very near and dear to her. Her daily phone calls with Susan will be missed.
