Obituary of Kenneth Roy Mackie

Kenneth Norman Mackie 1942 - 2016 With treasured memories held close to their hearts, the family of Kenneth Norman Mackie, late of Shellbrook, sadly announce his passing on Sunday, October 23, 2016 at the age of 74 years. Kenneth was born on February 17, 1942 to Roy and Edna Mackie in Prince Albert, SK. The family would like you to join them on Wednesday, October 26, 2016 from 1p.m. to 3p.m. for a Memorial Come & Go Tea at the Shellbrook Seniors Hall. In lieu of tributes, memorial donations may be made in memory of Ken to either the Saskatchewan Brain Injury or to the Canadian Cancer Society. Ken is lovingly survived by his companion, Elaine Perkins; his children, Jennifer (Steve) Lepage of Red Deer, AB, and children, Bella & Graysen; Darrell (Vicki) Mackie of Beaumont, AB, and children, Ethan, Brooke, and Carly; his brother Grant Mackie of Prince Albert, SK; his sister in-law, Pat Mackie of Regina, SK; his brother in-law, Larry Boettcher of Shellbrook; as well as numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives. Ken is predeceased by his parents, Roy & Edna Mackie; the mother of his children, Alberta Francisca Mackie (nee: Featherling); his brother, David Mackie; and his sister Ina Mackie.
