Obituary of Cheryl Gail Arcand

Cheryl Gail Arcand 1982 - 2016 With sadness filling their hearts the family of Cheryl Gail Arcand sadly announce her passing on Saturday, November 26, 2016 at the young age of 34 years. Cheryl was born on October 4, 1982 in Big River, SK to Lorna and Ralph Arcand. There will be a Wake Service for Cheryl commencing on Tuesday, November 29, 2016 at 5:00 p.m. from the Senator Allen Bird Gymnasium in Prince Albert. There will be two Funeral Services for Cheryl taking place, the first of which on Wednesday, November 30 at 11:00 a.m. from the Senator Allen Bird Gymnasium. The second Celebration of Life for Cheryl will take place on Thursday, December 1, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. from the Canwood Community Hall. Following the service at the Canwood Hall interment will take place in the Park Valley Catholic Cemetery. Cheryl is lovingly survived by her husband, Kenneth McKay; and children Tristin & Chayna Arcand, Kiera McKay, Brandon McKay, Kenton Bouvier, Keenan Bouvier, Tanika Wuttunee, Keiston Hansen; her parents, Ralph and Lorna Arcand; her parents-in-law, Margaret McKay and Gary Ross; her siblings Carla (Alan) and children,Charmayne, Lonnie and Delaney; Clinton Arcand and his children, Keegan,Laine,Cassidee, Maganne, Lillee, Piper & CJ; Cole Arcand and his children, Kota & Kali; her siblings-in-law and their families, Megan McKay and family Johnathon, Matthew and Nevaeh; Kristen McKay and family Kotaze, Kansiha and Daeshawn; Brittney McKay and her family Kylee, Kocean, Kataleah; her very special friends, Linnette, Jennifer, Kaylee, Katie and Andrea; her godchild Jaycelynn McLeod; as well as numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, relatives and friends. Cheryl is predeceased by her paternal grandparents, Victor Sr. and Emma Arcand; her maternal grandparents, Lorne and Mae Whitrow; her aunt, Emily Morley; her uncle, Victor Arcand Jr.; and her special cousin, John Guy Arcand “Chun”.
