Obituary of Clarence Mervin Arcand

Clarence Mervin Arcand 1952 - 2016 With broken hearts the family of Clarence Mervin Arcand, late of Muskeg Lake Cree Nation, sadly announce his unexpected passing on Friday, December 2, 2016 at the age of 64 years. Clarence was born on May 13, 1952 in Mistawasis First Nation to Felicite and Clement Arcand. The Wake Service for Clarence commenced on Sunday, December 4, 2016 at 1:00 p.m. from the Muskeg Lake Cree Nation School Gym, and the Funeral Service for Clarence took place on Monday, December 5, 2016 at 1:00 p.m. Clarence is lovingly survived by his wife, Josalynn Arcand; his children, Brett Arcand and Stacey (Nikki) Arcand; his grandchildren, Kayla Anderson, Nyomi Anderson, Dante Arcand, Summer Klein-Arcand, Oakley Masich-Arcand; his partner in crime, Lenny Arcand; his sisters, Margaret (Dave) Webster, Mary Rose Arcand, Annette Johnstone, Elaine Arcand; his brothers, Lloyd (Josephine) Arcand, David (Linda) Arcand, Donny McDonald. Clarence is predeceased by his grandparents, Louis and Isabelle Arcand; his parents, Clement and Felecite Arcand; his infant brother, Myles Arcand; his sister, Rosalie Harrison; and his brother Michael Arcand. The active pallbearers for the service were, Leslie Arcand, Riley Longneck, Ryan Longneck, Rickey Longneck, Blair Ouelette, and Marshall Ouelette. Clarence was laid to rest in the Muskeg Lake Cree Nation Cemetery.
