Cindy was born on December 21, 1988 to Kenneth and Ellen (nee: Joseph) Starblanket. The wake service for Cindy will begin at 7:00PM on Tuesday, March 7, 2017 at the Ahtahkakoop First Nation Band Hall. The funeral for Cindy will commence at 11:00AM on Thursday, March 9, 2017 at the Ahtahkakoop First Nation Band Hall with Marj Hyman officiating. Interment will follow at St. Mark's Anglican Cemetery.
