Obituary of Leo Charles Brandoline

Leo Brandoline March 31, 1928 – April 29, 2017 Sadly and with heavy hearts we said goodbye to our Husband, Dad, Grandpa and Great Grandpa, Leo on April 29th, 2017. With his family by his side, Dad went to be with his loved ones in heaven. Leo leaves behind Wilma, his wife of 61 years; his son Barry (Beverly) and their children, Ashton (Nicolette) and their son Charlie, and Kyle. His 4 daughters Kathy (Mike) and her children Robert (Nicole) and their children Nathan, Zachary and Julia; Jayme and her children Madison, Tyler, Landon and Kashton; Laurie; Lynda; and Sharon and her daughter Catie. He also leaves to mourn his special sister Mary and numerous nieces and nephews. Dad was predeceased by his son Louie, his parents Tarcisio and Josephine, and 2 sisters Lucy and Evelyn. When Dad retired he played more pool than ever until his health prevented him from doing so. When we were young Dad spent many hours coaching or watching his kids play hockey and ball. We have memories of trips to BC with a carload of us with seating at a premium to fit us all in. Luckily, no seatbelts were required. Dad enjoyed sitting outside after supper, drinking coffee and eating ice cream. We could always find him there when weather permitted. But, his favorite pastime was watching WWE and we had better keep our voices down so he could hear the TV or look out. It was especially bad if someone decided to come to the door and his dogs would all start barking at the same time. He loved them but we often heard him shouting “shut up” so he wouldn’t miss anything. A private family service will be held. We would like to thank Father DJ Vu who would come in to visit and pray with us. Dr. Basson, Dr. Rye and all the wonderful nurses of the Palliative Care Unit for their compassion, patience and thoughtfulness throughout Dad’s stay on the 5th Floor of the Vic Hospital. We would also like to thank Father Micheal Fahlman for doing the service. Family and friends wishing to send online condolences are welcome to visit www.beaulacfuneralhome.com. Arrangements have been entrusted to the care of Beau “Lac” Funeral Home, Lorne Adams, Funeral Director, Prince Albert, SK 306-763-3322.
