Marion
Corrine called me to let me know about the passing of your Albert. My thoughts have been with you. It is remarkable to me you were married almost 70 years. I had planned to come to the memorial but had written the information down wrong. Wonderful for you to have so many family to support you at this time. Sincerely, Adele

Mr Hannigan was a man that I deeply admired. I appreciated his faithfulness and commitment to ministering at the Shellbrook nursing home where my
Dad resided. He preached the Word, Salvation and encouragement, sang the wonderful old hymns, playing his accordion. My Dad looked so forward to his uplifting visits, like a breath of fresh air. He is with his Lord and Saviour now, and no doubt God said, "Well done, my good and faithful servant."

Your Dad was an inspiration to all who knew and loved him. We would come to visit our Dad, Clarence Christianson, at the Shellbrook Home. Your Dad was so faithful to come to visit and share the gospel and good music. Our Dad loved him. So comforting to know we have the blessed hope of seeing our loved ones in Heaven. May your family find peace and comfort in that. Sincerely, Dave & Joan Borsheim, Penticton, BC

To the Albert Hannigan family,
Our sincere condolences to you on the passing of your husband, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather. Be comforted knowing that he lived a good and full life. We have been blessed to know him and be family friends for so many years. I know our parents also cherished the friendship and service together in the Lord's work. Albert was so faithful in visiting the sick and shut-ins and dad appreciated his regular visits so much during his last days in the hospital.
I am thankful to have had Bro. Albert as my elder during my youth and I am certain he helped influence who and where I am today. We have learned under his teachings and we can learn even more from his excellent example as a servant of the Lord. I also wonder how many people he led to the Lord as he had such a concern and ability to speak to anyone about the Lord. "Well done, good and faithful servant."
Love and blessings to you all,
Val & Arthur Dornn

We are sorry to learn of Albert's passing. Words to you may fail, but words spoken on your behalf to our Lord are more productive because He brings what is needed.
We got to know him at the Salvation Army as he stopped in for different things including a replacement for his Phillips Bible.that was stolen. The health region testified a number of years ago of his giving nature as he volunteered in that area. My parents' friends Nonie and Delbert Barker spoke highly of your father.
Be assured of our prayers for you at this time.

My sincere Condolences to you all on the passing of Mr. Hannigan. He was a great man, and I will always treasure the memories I have of him and the singing sessions we had at the Care Homes when I worked there. He certainly made the seniors' day when they knew he was coming for hymns and now he is playing eternally for his Lord.
Again, my most sincere condolences.

Hannigan Family,
My deepest condolences to your family. Your Dad was a good man and he always had time to stop and talk to everybody. Your parents were good friends with my parents and came by and saw me when I was home.
Your Dad always had a good word to say about everybody and treated everybody fairly without prejudice. Your Dad was the example of a true and humble Christan who loved life and took great pride in the word of God. I remember him singing Safe In The Arms of Jesus, how powerful is voice was.
I sadly will not be attending the funeral. My thoughts and prayers are with your family.
