To Carol and all the family
I was saddened to hear of Russell's death. In the greater scheme of things, it was too soon. Living with a disabling disease can turn the joy of living into a burden so I am relieved for him that his struggle is over. When we were young, he lived at our home for a few years. I especially remember his laugh and the rich resonance in his voice. May each of you find whatever it is you need to see you through these days of adjusting to life without his presence among you, and may the warm and special memories be a source of comfort and guidance in years to come.
