His sisters-in law, Alice Hlady, Helen (Jim) Adamko, Julie (Kim) Pearman, Sylvia (Orest) Kinash; and brother-in-law, Orest (Sandy) Kwiatkowski. His grand pets: Muffin, Cinnamon, and Jake Wally was born July 25th, 1940 to Steve and Bertha Krip near Meath Park and grew up at White Star. He and Mary (Kwiatkowski) were wed on June 1st, 1963 in Prince Albert where they lived, worked and raised their family. Wally was well known and respected in the farming community as an excellent and knowledgeable farm parts person. He worked for Zakus Farm Equipment, Burechailo Farm Equipment and Moker and Thompson Implements. Wally was a fishing enthusiast! He loved chasing down northern pike, pickerel, lake and rainbow trout on lakes near and far. Anglin, Candle and Kingsmere were some of his favorite lakes to fish. He enjoyed teaching his sons and grandchildren the art of fishing. All of his grandchildren received their first fishing rod and tackle box soon after they learned to walk. The open water and frozen ice was where he loved to be from sun up to sun down, rain or shine, in searing heat or ice and cold. There are so many great memories and legendary stories from lake adventures with friends, brothers, brother in-laws, sons and grand children that will live on in the hearts of those who spent time sharing his passion with him. Wally was an animated story teller. He loved sharing stories of his adventures and misadventures fishing, traveling and everyday life. His stories made us smile and often laugh so hard, we cried. His children and grandchildren were his pride and joy. There was always a sparkle in his eye that welled up with a single glistening tear that he’d wipe away when he saw or spoke of them. He will always be remembered as a kind, generous person who always gave of himself, putting others needs ahead of his own. Wally will be deeply missed as he certainly has left a void in the lives of the people he touched. His sense of humor, storytelling, fishing tales and childhood memories will always linger in our hearts. We will miss you, my husband, father, grandpa, brother and friend. Psalms 37:29, John 5:28,29 At Wally’s request, no funeral service will be held. Condolences may be sent to the family at www.beaulacfuneralhome.com. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Beau “Lac” Funeral Home, Prince Albert- Lorne Adams, Funeral Director.
