Obituary of David Kenneth Radchuk

RADCHUK – Mr. David 1947-2017 David Kenneth was born Feb. 22, 1947 in Prince Albert & raised on the family farm at Janow Corners until he was 14 when they moved into PA. After graduation, he went to U of S to become a teacher. His teaching career led him to various towns including Shell Lake, Eatonia, Macklin, Simpson, Cut Knife, & La Ronge. We finally settled in Shellbrook. Dave was preceded by his parents, James & Katherine, both in 2003, & his niece, Francis, 2007 & many aunts & uncles. He is survived by his wife, Pat (nee:Kelly); sisters - Mabel Moffat, her son, Robert & daughter Trish McArthur (Mark), grandson Daniel, great-grandchildren Shane & Chloe; & Eva Malanowich, her son Clayton, & daughters Karen & Valerie Graham (Rob), granddaughter Jessica, great-granddaughter Emma. David is also survived by his two special aunts, Thelma & Mary; a brother-in-law Ken Kelly (Janice); sister in-laws Susan Owens & Marion Van Impe (Gary) & their families; as well as numerous cousins. A Memorial Mass for David will be held on Monday, October 16, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. from the St. Agatha’s Roman Catholic Church in Shellbrook with Father Michael Fahlman officiating. David will be laid to rest in the South Hill Cemetery in Prince Albert, SK. In lieu of tributes, memorial donations may be made in memory of David to the Shellbrook Hidden Hills Golf Course or to the Shellbrook & Districts Health Services Foundation or to the Brain Tumour Foundation of Canada.
