I would like to offer my sincerest sorrow and condolences in your loss of a brother Aurele and a friend. You don't know me, but my dad August (Gus) Tremblay, originally from Big River, was a great friend of Alf's. My dad was part of the threesome including Alf and Albert Lavigne who ventured far north in Saskatchewan in the 1930's. On the return trip when they arrived at Buffalo. Alf stopped there and made it his home. Alice might not remember but she made me many jackets and moccasins when I was very young.
