Obituary of Elisabeth "Liz" Johnson

Liz Johnson 1945 - 2018 Elisabeth Johnson was born October 1, 1945 at Buffalo Narrows, SK and passed away on January 7, 2018 at the age of 72 years. Funeral Services were held on Friday January 12, 2018 at 2:00 pm. at the Big River Community Hall, Big River, SK with Pastor Jake McCrea officiating. Interment will take place at a later date. Elisabeth’s son’s Dustin and Dion delivered the eulogy for their mom and grandchildren Garrett Kazmiruk and Lyndon Johnson shared some memories of grandma, her son Darrell served as Urn Bearer and “Liz’s Grandchildren and Great Grandchildren” were considered Honorary Pallbearers. A time of luncheon and sharing of memories followed the services. Elisabeth is lovingly remembered by: husband, George Johnson of Big River, SK, children: Darrell (April) Johnson of Big River, SK and their children: Jordanna and Lyndon, Karla (Armand) Kazmiruk of Warman, SK and their children: Kara, Brennae and son, Benson and Garrett (Kassidey Rae), Dion (Twila) Johnson of Martensville, SK and their children: Kristjan, Trae and Myles, Dustin (Jolene) Johnson of Martensville, SK and their children: Jordan and children, Dawson & Sydney, Jake and Andi. Her siblings: Margaret (Allan) Martin, John McCullough, Kent McCullough, Linda McCullough, Nancy McCullough, James (Jeannette) McCullough, Brenda (Fern) Watier, Mary (Rick) Zurcher, Rosemarie McCullough (Vern), Dorothy (Dan) Humphries, Dwayne (Patty) McCullough, sister-in-law, Josephine McCullough also numerous in-laws, nieces, nephews and other relatives. She is predeceased by: parents, Charles and Rosa McCullough, brother, Charles and 2 infant siblings, parents-in-law, J.K. and Huldah Johnson.
