Obituary of Phyllis Joan Melton

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Phyllis Melton on January 16, 2018. Phyllis will be fondly remembered by: her children, Janet (Dave) Martodam and their family, Jennifer (Beps) and children, Jonah (Brady) and daughter, Charlie, Haley & Gigi, Jessica (Nori) and children, Nadalia & Joshua, Jonathon (Michelle) and children, Nora & Tristan, Sandra (Greg) Potts and their family, Robyn (Tristan) and children, Ryley & Reese, Tyler (Nadia) and daughter, Kyla, Carla (Denis) Helgeton and their family, Julie (Jon) and children, Rogue & Nova, Michael, Guy (Christine) Melton and their family, Larissa and children, Joseph & Liam, Brianna (Zac) and children, Brooklyne & Christian, Storm, her step-children, Les (Anna), Lisa (Declan) and their family, Tanner, Robben, Sean, Deirdre (Matt) and daughter, O’nora, Sinead & Oliver, her mother, Tena Schock, her sister, Eileen (Doug) Johnson and their daughter, Jill (Dan) and children, Kiara, Mya and Charlotte, numerous cherished nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends. She is predeceased by: her husband, William Melton (1996), her father, Ryan Schock (2003), her grandson, Joshua Martodam (2009), her sister, Judy Sandercock (2009), her partner, Harold “Bud” Weegar (2015). A Celebration of Life will be held on Wednesday, January 24th, 2018 at 2:00 pm from the Lions Community Hall, Shell Lake with Pastor David Jensen officiating. Interment will follow in the Shell Lake Cemetery. For those wishing, Memorial Donations may be made in Phyllis’ name to the Partners in Worship Church in Shell Lake.
