Obituary of Roger Dansereau

Roger “Fudge” Dansereau June 8, 1946 – November 8, 2018 It is with great sadness the family announces the passing of Roger Dansereau at the Victoria Union Hospital. He leaves to mourn his wife Pierrette, his three sons Terance, Chris (Karla), and Patrick (Jackie). Also his grandchildren Sanoi, Jovee, Dayton, Seth, Luca and Payton. He also leaves to mourn his siblings Raymond, Andre, Clement, Germaine, Ronald, Maurice and Lucille, their spouses and numerous nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his parents Hercule and Parmelia Dansereau, his brothers Paul, Rene, George, Denis and Robert, and an infant sister, Marie. Roger’s happiest times were helping friends and family with repairs of all kind, he loved to work with his hands. He passed on his love of cars and racing to his three boys and he could fix almost anything. Roger loved road trips and camping and he is looking down on us from behind the wheel. The family would like to thank Dr. Lotz and the dedicated staff of the Victoria Union Hospital, and also the staff of Nelson Care Home. A Private Family Service will be held. Everyone is welcome to join the family for a time of Fellowship and refreshments on Wednesday, November 14, 2018 at 3:00 pm at Beau "Lac" Funeral Home, 300B - 300 Marquis Drive, Prince Albert. Memorial donations in memory of Roger may be directed to the Canadian Diabetes Association, 919B Albert St, Regina, SK S4R 2P6.
