Dear Alice and family, I was saddened to hear of John's passing. I have such fond memories of John when I worked at Scotiabank and I had the pleasure of assisting him with his banking needs. His humor and actions made every time memorable, plus he reminded me so much of my dad as he had the same mannerisms and sense of humor. Please know our sincere condolences go out to all and as my dad said when mom passed "Those who have passed from this world, only die when you forget them" John will live on in many memories...

Hi Auntie Alice, Cousins Ian and Allan,
We are so sorry for your loss. I remember wonderful times spent on the farm. Uncle John was a very humorous man, you never knew what he was going to say or do. It was never boring or dull to be around him. He should have gone into comedy. I’m sure he’s in heaven making trouble already. Favourite Uncle. Sending lots of love....
