Phyllis Baun February 6, 1963 - May 14, 2019 It is with great sadness that the family of Phyllis Baun announce her passing on May 14th, 2019 at the age of 56 years. A Graveside Service will be held Saturday June 8, 2019 from the North Concordia Cemetery at 11:00 am.
