I am so saddened by the passing of Sandra. She and Felix welcomed me to the annual spiritual gathering on the east arm of Great Slave Lake, when I was new to the Northwest Territories. I'll always remember her openness and willingness to share and explain. Those are moments I'll always remember. Rest in peace, and my condolences to her family and community.
