Florence Parker 2019 Our dear sweet mother Florence Alexandria passed away suddenly on Saturday, August 17, 2019. She was predeceased by her husband James (1984), her son Jim (2019) and six siblings. Florence is survived by her children Wendy Reid, June Parker, Pam (Gerry) Styre, Jack (Nancy) Parker, Jeff (Jacque) Parker and Jill (Mark) Phaneuf; her grandchildren Brian, Scott, Trevor, Dean, Michael, Theo, Kim, Julie, Parker, Kelsey, Janessa, Ashlin, Jillian and Matt; her 15 great grandchildren; her siblings, Claire, Val, and Marlene, as well as numerous nieces and nephews. She was also survived by her dear friends Vivian, Cathy and Stephie. Mom married our Dad in 1944 and raised seven kids. While raising her kids Mom also was a working mom who took pride in her long career as office supervisor at CAA. Mom was a woman of deep faith who had a gentle, generous soul and a great sense of humour who was always up for anything; a game of cards, baking, bowling and being with her family. She was loved by many and will be greatly missed. A private family service will be held. Thank you to Beau “Lac” Funeral Home for handling the arrangements, and thank you to Fr. D.J. Vu for your compassion and care at a very difficult time. Family and friends wishing to send online condolences are welcome to visit www.beaulacfuneralhome.com. Arrangements have been entrusted to the care of Beau “Lac” Funeral Home, Lorne Adams, Funeral Director, Prince Albert, SK 306-763-3322. God saw you getting tired, A cure not meant to be. So he put his arms Around you and Whispered, “Come with me.” With tearful eyes we Watched you and saw You fade away, Although we loved you dearly, We could not make you stay. A golden heart stopped beating, Your tender hands at rest. God took you home to prove To us he only takes the best.
