I was so sad to hear of Cec’s passing when I returned to PA last night. He was an amazing man - gentle, steadfast and intelligent - and I was privileged to know him through you, Cathy. Your tribute to him is beautiful. His love for you and his family was so evident in how he looked at you - he positively yelled it!

Deepest Sympathy the BendleFamily Cec used to do farrier work on my horses and farrier work on my Uncle Harold Brights race horses he was an excellent Farrier and wonderful with the horses Sad to hear he has passed!!!!

I am so sorry to hear off Cec’s passing. I worked with him when we were both employed by the Dept of Northern Sask Forest Management (77-79). The Cecil in obituary is the Cecil that I remember from so many yrs ago. May he be at peace. I regret not being able to attend the service...embrace the memories, they cannot be taken from you.
I was very saddened to hear the news of Cec's passing. He will be missed but remembered fondly. Cec made a profound impression on us and was always a joy to listen to.

I heard about him my whole life but only met him the once. Cecil made a lasting impression on me. A smart, curious, and deeply interesting man. Clearly passionate about his family and profoundly loved by them. Rest in peace.
