Obituary of Robin Briere
Robin Briere, late of Prince Albert, SK, passed away on October 4, 2019 at the age of 61 years. Robin was born in Souris, MB, and took her schooling in Edmonton, Broadview and Prince Albert. She worked for the Government of Saskatchewan with the Ministry of Highways from 1978, first as a flagperson, until 2017, when illness forced her early retirement from her position as Admin Manager. Robin enjoyed many years being involved with the Girl Guides of Canada and as a member of Wesley United Church. Robin will be lovingly remembered by her husband, Bryan Briere; her daughter: Riley (Brody Hewitt) Briere; her grandson: Tripp Hewitt; her mother: Donna Storozuk; her brother: Trevor Storozuk; her special auntie: Marlene Lee; as well as numerous relatives and friends. Robin was predeceased by her father, Stanley Storozuk; her brother: Dean Storozuk; and by her maternal and paternal grandparents. Memorial Service will be held at 2:00 p.m., on Saturday, October 12, 2019, at Calvary United Church, 114 25th Street E, Prince Albert, SK, with Reverend Dr. Tony Thompson as Officiant. In lieu of other tributes, donations in memory of Robin may be made to Girl Guides of Canada, 50 Merton Street, Toronto, ON, M4S 1A3, or Canadian Cancer Society, 54 11 Street E, Prince Albert, SK, S6V 0Z9.
