Hello, my name is Kristal and I met Jonathan and Denise in Toronto, after they just got married. My friend Sandra Waters gave us their contact number and they welcomed us to their home, sight unseen. “Oh, the comfort, the inexpressible comfort of feeling safe with a person; having neither to weigh thoughts nor measure words, but to pour them all out, just as they are, chaff and grain together, knowing that a faithful hand will take and sift them, keep what is worth keeping, and then, with a breath of kindness, blow the rest away.” —George Eliot
Jon was with us through our young adult years pioneering in Toronto, our wedding day as best man, as neighbours on Burnfield Street and Shaw Street in Toronto and our time living in lovely Prince Albert, SK. Such a friend is priceless. Jon is interwoven with our life’s memories and our hearts. We will wait patiently until we see him again on the earth. It is a Loss felt deeply. Warm Love to Jon’s Mom Patricia, his Brother Jeremy and Dear Dee. Love to all who are grieving Jon’s loss and who worked from day to day with him in Prince Albert and have lost a coworker and friend.
