Obituary of Ted Ingram
The family of Theodore Ingram are deeply saddened to announce his passing on Oct.14, 2008, at the age 73 yrs. Theodore Walter Ingram, better known as "Ted" was born in Shellbrook, SK. on October 20, 1934. Ted was the 3rd child born to Tom and Celia Ingram. He was a brother to five siblings. He is also a father, a grandfather and a great grandfather. Ted enjoyed life. He loved visiting, playing cards and just driving around the country side appreciating the scenery around him. He was a mechanic, one of those guys who could fix everything and anything a wrench would fit around. He worked for Magnus Hansen for years driving cat and farming as well. He loved to help others with their farm work. He was a sociable friendly person who will be missed by his family and friends. Ted leaves to cherish his memory, his loving partner Gertie Hamilton of Shellbrook, SK., the mother of his children, Tillie, his children; Brenda (Richard) Desjardins of Marcelin, SK. and their children, Tyson (Tara) Desjardins, Bennett Desjardins and Shawn Desjardins; Norma Jean Desharnis og Crows Nest, AB and her children, Derrick, Justin, Rachel, Sara and Robert Desharnis, David Ingram of Calgary, AB., his great grandchildren, Daggon, Josh and David Desjardins, his sisters; Betty Park of Shellbrook, SK., Shirley Puddicombe of Shellbrook, SK., his brothers; Gordon (Jeanette) Ingram of Shellbrook, SK.Ken (Evelyn) Ingram of Spruce Grove, AB. Ted was predeceased by his parents, Tom and Celia Ingram, his brother Marvin Ingram, his brothers-in-law, Harvey Park and Clark Puddicombe. The Memorial Service for Ted was held on October 20, 2008 at the Seniors Hall in Shellbrook, Sk, 2:00 p.m. with Delores Beaulac as officiant. The interment was in Shellbrook Cemetery following the service. Memorial Donations may be made to the Shellbrook & Districts Health Services Project.
