I worked with Jeff for many years and am thankful for the short time we had together. Jeff walked in on me one day while I was modeling some clay. I guess he liked what he saw, the next day he walked in, put a piece of soapstone on my desk and said, "See what you can do with this." A short time later, I finished the first of what would become many carvings. I uploaded it here. I'm not sure where it is, but it's here as a tribute.
I will never pick up a mallet and chisel again without thinking of you my friend. Until we meet again.
