Saxon will forever be remembered as being a fun-loving, laughing, joking and at times rambunctious young man with a contagious laugh and smile. His nick name at home was Saxonated. Meaning when he was at home he would eat just about everything out of house and home but leave one item in any box; one swallow in any container; or even jokingly, one grain of rice in a minute rice box! Hence the name ‘Saxon-ate-it’. Because of his rational, “at least I didn’t eat it all!” Like his huge appetite, his birth weight was over 12lbs!! His poor Ma Ma. So we all know, he has a large appetite, we all know of his astronomical birth weight, but for those who knew him most, they knew he had the heart that matched. He had a special place in his heart for his children, Caleb and Sofia; who he loved so much; His two little sisters, who had their big brother wrapped around their finger; along with his big sister too. Because she demanded it; And his step-kids, where he was Dad #2. You could always count on him to help you out if your need something done, like for instance, your oil changed (and Ladies I’m talking about cars) or just to sit and talk with when you just need a hand to hold. Saxon graduated from Cochrane High School in Regina with honors and received awards for his outstanding achievements.
We will forever cherish the memories of Saxon.
