Obituary of Larry Dzialo

It is with great sadness that the family of Larry Dzialo announce his sudden passing on December 16th, 2008 in Medstead, SK at the age of 49 years. Larry was born in the City Hospital in Saskatoon on November 30th, 1959 to John & Brenda Dzialo. He was the sixth & final boy in the family. In 1961, when Larry was 1 � years old, they moved from Saskatoon to the farm at Glenbush. Larry grew up on the farm. He took his elementary education in Glenbush then went to Medstead for grades 9 & 10. Larry farmed with his dad for three years, then with his brother Henry for another few years. When farming didn't work out he went to work as a heavy duty operator for Fonda's Construction, Henry Farness, Duhaime Construction and Archie Latimer. He worked for Archie off and on for 17 years. Larry tried his had at various jobs through the years. He cleaned corals with George Johnson, and then Scott Anderson for a few years. Larry worked with Richard Neufeld on road construction right up to just before his death. He lived in the old farmhouse at Glenbush right up to the time of his passing. Larry leaves to cherish his memory: His brothers: Bob (Melvena) Dzialo of Moose Jaw, SK; George (Edith) Dzialo of Spiritwood, SK & Henry (Debbie) Dzialo of Glenbush, SK. His sister in-law Joan Dzialo (Ron Hansen) of Rabbit Lake, SK. As well as numerous nieces, nephews, special friends Brad and Kelly, other relatives and friends. He was predeceased by: His parents Jan and Brenda Dzialo, his brothers: Zeke Dzialo in infancy and Edward Dzialo. Funeral Service for Larry was held on Monday, December 22nd, 2008 at 2:00 p.m. from the Medstead Community Hall in Medstead, SK with Reverend Don Unger. Phil Marion led the music and his nephews Scott & Nathan Dzialo gave the eulogy. Honorary Pallbearers were "All relatives and friends who shared in Larry's life". Urn Bearer was Ian Dzialo.
