Obituary of William "Bill" Atkinson

William Albert “Bill” Atkinson With heavy hearts we announce the sudden passing of our brother Bill on September 2, 2020, following lengthy medical issues. Bill was born on September 29, 1960 to parents Walter and Edna Atkinson and was raised in Prince Albert and Spruce Home. He is survived by his siblings, Marilyn Langford, Donna (Mike) Stratychuk, Fern (Wayne) Boisson, Karen (Rick) Cloarec, Shelly (Jim) Risbey; as well as numerous nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his parents, Walter and Edna Atkinson. At a young age, Bill already liked to “push the limits”. He passion was his motorcycle which could never go fast enough for him. Bill worked at Cluney Consulting and later worked and lived in Edmonton. Upon returning to Prince Albert he worked at Carpet World and Canadian Tire. The family would like to extend their heartfelt thanks and gratitude to Patty Jenkins and the Renal Dialysis Unit. At Bill’s request a private family service will be held.
