Colleen and family, I am so sorry for my late condolences I just heard the news of Rustys passing. We met a few times as cousins and he seemed like a good natured happy man that spoke highly of you and his children. My husband knew him as a young guy and shared some fun times during university. My thoughts and prayers go out to you Coleen and your family. It was a priviledge to have worked with Rusty for well over 25 years. From the print shop to the Registrar's office Rusty had so much integrity and a great sense of humour. Many times he stopped by my office on his way home to say have a good night. He was always willing to take the extra time to do an exemplary job. There were a few times we drifted from course descriptions to fishing. My deepest Condolences to Coleen and family. Rusty will be very much missed in this world. We spent many days together as teenagers. Riding in his 70's Ford truck. Partying and spending long nights playing Kaiser. I remember when Rusty and Coleen first started dating. You knew it was something special. He was a man's man that had a very soft caring side as you could see when he was with the love of his life. I regret that I let life get in the way of our friendship but l am and will always be grateful for the times we did spend together. Like with our other friend Darin, the other half of the "Dueling Daltons" Rusty was taken from us too soon. I will always have the memories of the times we spent together.
