Obituary of Darrel Blaine Nordquist

Darrel Blaine Nordquist 1960-2021 Darrel Blaine Nordquist passed away peacefully at home next to his loving wife Heather on May 17, 2021. Darrel was born on June 2, 1960, in Shaunavon SK. to Lorring and Joey Nordquist. Darrel spent his life doing what he loved. His life’s passions were spending time with his family, driving tow truck,s and semi. Darrel married his soul mate on July 14, 1990, in Saskatoon, this is also where the children were born. In June of 2001, Darrel and Heather moved their family to the Nordquist homestead where he wanted and knew he would spend the rest of his life. Darrel is survived by his loving wife Heather Nordquist, his children Devin Nordquist (Ashley), and daughter Ryker. Jessica Peters (Jordan) and children Kelly, Josie, Liam, and Elizabeth. Nicole Buckingham (Justin) and their children Madalynn and Westin Jordan Nordquist(Maxine) Shyla Gundrum(Rob) and their children Chance, Kobe, Carter, Robert, Kali, Mia His father Lorring Nordquist(Doris) His siblings Lorre Nordquist, Jerry Nordquist(Bernice), Julie Nordquist, Eric Nordquist(Sharleen), Brad Nordquist. As well as numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, family and friends. Darrel is predeceased by his mother Joey Nordquist, his grandparents, aunts and uncles. At Darrel’s request there will be no funeral. In lieu of flowers donations may be made in Darrel’s name to The Lung Association Saskatchewan 2308 Arlington Ave. Saskatoon Sk. S7J 3L3.
