Reine Beaulac

January 5, 1926 - November 4, 2021

It is with sadness that we announce the passing of Reine Beaulac on November 4, 2021, at the age of 95 at Whispering Pine Place, Canwood, SK.

Reine was born in Ormeaux, SK on January 5, 1926, to Alphonse and Marie-Anne Duret. She was raised on a farm with her two sisters, Rose, and Marguerite.

Reine married Raymond Beaulac on October 24, 1949. Together they raised 8 children on a farm in Eldred.

Mom took great pride in homemaking, gardening, baking, cooking, sewing and great pride in her family. Her greatest joy was spoiling her grandkids.

Raymond and Reine retired in Debden where they enjoyed golfing, camping, fishing, and travelling to visit family. She also loved crafting and crocheting. All her grandkids received an afghan for grad gifts.

She will be remembered for her “sucre à la crème” her hugs, her welcoming smile, and her strong faith.

Reine is lovingly remembered by her children: Ghislaine (Guy) Cyr of Debden, SK and family: Daniel (Cora-Lee); Lisanne; Norman (Amanda); Julien (Tasha), Daughter-in-law, Kathy (Claude) Dumais of Debden and family: Jason; Leah (Dean); Tiffany (Johnathon); Kaylie (Jesse), Roger of Prince Albert, SK and family: Renée (Tim); Kirk (Lise); Adam (Raeleen), Paulin (Elise) of Debden, SK and family: Leslie (Christine); Luke (Stacy); Alain (Kaylie), Florent of Bonnyville, AB, Elise (Nil) Lajeunesse of Debden, SK and family: Rayanne (Lanny); Jolan (Stacey); Riley (Kaylin), Céline (Jeff) Sipes of Canwood, SK and family: Joel (Kristina); Jordan (Mason), Marie-Anne (Gerald) Grimard of Canwood, SK and family: Kelcie; Dylan, 37 great grandchildren and 3 great great grandchildren, her sister: Marguerite (Jean-Louis) Bilodeau of Saskatoon, SK, her sisters-in-law: Evelyne Durette of Saskatoon, SK; Lucille Tremblay of Debden, SK; also numerous nieces, nephews and friends.

She is predeceased by her husband: Raymond, her son: Alain, her grandchildren: Damien and Alyssa, her parents:  Alphonse and Marie-Anne Duret, her parents-in-law:  Rodolphe and Delvina Beaulac, and her siblings: Rose and Jean.

A Celebration of Life was held Wednesday, November 10, 2021, at 1:00 pm

St. Jean Baptiste Roman Catholic Church, Debden, SK with Fr. Dong Doan as celebrant.

Reine’s final resting place is with her husband Raymond in the Debden Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Reine may be made to the Debden Heritage Manor.
