Obituary of Rodney Dwayne Prosser

PROSSER – Rodney

Rodney Dwayne Prosser, late of Saskatoon, SK,  passed away on November 8, 2021, at the age of 76 years. Rodney was born in the Shellbrook area on March 12, 1945, and lived in the Holbein area until health issues arose. Rodney and his family moved to Saskatoon for several years, they then moved to the farm south of Shellbrook where he resided until 1960. Rodney moved to Moose Jaw, SK. Valley View Center where he spent the next 50 years being cared for by the wonderful staff. In 2016 he had the good fortune to be moved to LutherCare in Saskatoon under the loving care of a team of individuals who put our faith back in humanity.

Rodney is lovingly survived by his brother Dennis (Ruth) Prosser; his nephews Ean (Colleen) Prosser, Allen Prosser; his aunt Agnes Brown; his many cousins; as well as his extended family at Luther Care at 1226 Temperance St. in Saskatoon.

Rodney was predeceased by his parents, Desmond and Corrine Prosser; his grandparents, Magnus & Ingabord (Bella) Anderson.

There will be a Graveside Service held for Rodney at a later date.

In lieu of tributes, memorial donations may be made in memory of Rodney to the LutherCare Foundation (1212 Osler St, Saskatoon, SK S7N 0T9).
