With many fond memories, sending love and most sincere condolences to Allie, Sharon, Shelley, Linda and families. The Callaghans and Nicholsons became next-door neighbours in the early 1960s and quickly became good friends. A few years later Wilf also became my employer, when I was not quite a teenager. I pumped gas and swept and swabbed at Buckland Service throughout my high school years, sharing many laughs and absorbing a few life lessons along the way. Many years later when I had to work one Christmas Day, who delivered a huge platter of turkey with all the trimmings and a hush-hush flask of Christmas spirits to wash it down? Yes, Wilf, because that’s how he thoughtfully rolled.
So long to an all-around peach of a man, may he rest in peace.
