Obituary of Donald Leo Beuker

The family of Donald Beuker sadly announce his passing on August 23, 2022 in Prince Albert, SK. 

Don was born in Humboldt, SK, on November 9, 1936.  He grew up on a farm and in 1967 he and his brother Jerome moved to Leoville to begin a farming and seed cleaning plant.  Don enjoyed many years of farming until his retirement to Prince Albert in 2006.  There, he continued to enjoy his hobbies including  hunting, fishing, golf, playing Kaiser and trips to the casino.  His yearly hunting trip was always a big event!  Don loved his family and his favorite times were visits with his grandchildren.  Don was devout to his faith and was a member of the Knights of Columbus for many years. 

Don will be lovingly remembered by his wife of 21 years, Edna; his son Ashley (Bobbi) and their children, Ava, Gage and Maddox; his daughter Sarah (Wade) Assen and their children, Gavin and Nevin; his step-children, Curtis, Jason and daughters, Calii and Jessa, Corey and his sons, Tristan and Jackson, Claudine (Mark) Demyen and their children, Jordan, Alyssa and Austin; his sisters, Anita (Dwayne) Struck and Loretta (Alphonse) Athmer; his sisters-in-law, Marianne Beuker and Delores Beuker; and his favourite dog, Buddy. 

Don was predeceased by his parents, Leo and Julianna (nee Faul); his siblings, Antoinette in infancy, Magdelene (Marcelus) Lueke, Edmund (Veronica) Beuker, Verena (Arnold) Stolz, Bernard Beuker, and Jerome Beuker; his nephews and nieces, Kevin Beuker, Susan Beuker, Larry Beuker, Wayne Beuker, Colin Stolz, and Valerie Stolz; and his step-daughter, Jackie Kolenosky. 

Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 11:00 a.m., on Monday, August 29, 2022 at St. Michael Parish, 1505 13th Street West, Prince Albert.  Interment will follow in the Leoville Cemetery, Leoville, SK.  

In lieu of other tributes, donations in memory of Don may be made to St. Michael Parish, 1505 13th Street West, Prince Albert, SK, S6V 3J7.
