Growing up.. I had the pleasure of being taught how to work on vehicles by my Dad Eric and also my Uncle Dearle.. Dearle and I had an amazing relationship throughout the years as he had talked to me and helped me with my situation with my dad falling ill and then passing. The amount of compassion he had shown and shared with me was immense.. He called me his nephew and also his brother when I was feeling down… I believe because he was sharing my pains... He was the strongest man I have ever met.. Dearle would always comfort me with his quick humour and infectious laugh.. he was truly a very special man, not just to me but to my daughters as he had also treated as his own.. We are surely going to miss him.. he was my rock..my really really big strong brother.. my uncle and my super hero. Rest easy Uncle Dearle.. I love you endlessly.
