Rose Marie Eugenie Daniel

1936-2022

Rose was born on December 26, 1936 on a farm west of White Star, SK, and passed away on September 30, 2022 at the age of 85 years at the Parkland Nursing Home Shellbrook, SK.

Rose is survived by her brothers: Henri of Edmonton, AB, George of Sunset Prairie, BC, Remi (Geraldine) of Leduc, AB; and sister-in-law Shirley (Stulberg) Daniel of Saskatoon, SK; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Rose is predeceased by her mother Eugenie (nee Clavier) Daniel, her father Jacques Daniel, her brother Ernest Daniel, and her sister-in-law Gayle (nee Einarson) Daniel: as well as numerous other relatives.

Rose spent the majority of her life in St. Louis, SK where she looked after her father and younger brother after the death of her mother in 1956.

Our heartfelt thanks to the River’s Edge Care Home, St. Louis, Parkland Terrace Nursing Home, Shellbrook, and the following who went out of their way to visit and help Rose: Jean Thorimbert, Barb (nee Thorimbert) Daniel, Helen Blais, Janice Nicolas, her nieces who spent much time visiting and giving her love for many years, Theressa Daniel Scholz, and Dione Daniel. A Special Heartful Appreciation goes out to her niece Theressa who was at her side with her father Remi during her last days.

A Special Thank-you to the staff at the Parkland Terrace Nursing Home for their compassionate loving care they provided.

A Private Family Memorial Service will be held at the St Louis Cemetery at a later date.
