Madeline was born in Bruno, Sask. on Jan 15,1933, to James & Juliana Kristian.
Madeline worked for over 30 years at the Co-op in Prince Albert. She was well respected and loved by her fellow employees and customers. She always had a smile on her face and was a friend to all. Madeline was a kind, caring, and selfless lady. She was never one to complain and whenever anyone asked how she was she would always reply by saying, “I’m good”, even when she wasn’t. Madeline had a very grateful heart and up until the very end she was thanking everyone who helped her.
She truly enjoyed her life with her daughters, sons in law, and all her grandchildren. They meant the world to her and she would always make herself available to help in anyway she could, which usually involved preparing a meal, buying groceries, or planning her next garage sale to help out her girls. She loved to care for her grandchildren and great-grandchildren like they where her own. She was the sweetest of souls and had a heart of gold.
