Dear Christine and Family:
We are so saddened with Tim's passing, that it's hard to put it into words. I feel truly blessed to have had him as a great friend for over 50 years, but that just wasn't long enough. He had that larger than life presence in all that he did and thus he attracted many life-long friends Tim lived his life to the fullest and on his own terms. I always admired him for his tenacity and fearless nature and these qualities led to many great stories. True to form, he was a scrapper right to the end. I have many incredible memories of Tim over the years, but now that he is gone, I regret not making time for more. I will miss our fishing trips, beach fires and his fish tacos, but I will especially miss his sporadic text messages that often contained a head-scratching comment or two, but always made me laugh! He had a gift for lifting family and friends up. The world was definitely a better place with him it. We will think of him often and miss him dearly.
Our thoughts and prayers are with you and your family Chris. You and Tim raised a wonderful family together and you know you meant the world to him. We hope you can take some comfort in knowing that he is watching over you all.

I never met Tim face to face, never heard his voice, never saw his home nor his family. In fact, I didn't even know his true name until today. I only knew him as "Jimmy" on a game we played with numerous others. As Jimmy, he was just another anonymous someone without a face participating in the altogether mediocre and pointless challenges that are typical of an online game. However, Jimmy was anything but typical. Over the years (and there were many) we were blessed to get to know him and formed a deep appreciation for his presence, his typed words and the thoughts they conveyed. We all knew well the love he had for his family and home, for his dogs and flowers. I knew Jimmy as someone who was rooted in reality and his life. He shared with us his injuries and his recoveries, and he comforted me through mine. When I thought it was too cold here in Texas he helped me feel better by letting me know just how cold it was where he lived. It is indeed unique to have someone make such an impact on you amidst a game literally millions play, the majority never having more than a passing impact on you. Jimmy enjoyed playing alongside us, cheered our battles and offered advice. He made an amazing impression on a great many there as well, and I know few real-life friends of his which play there loved him too. My heart goes out to them and his entire family. From across the vastness of the continent, indeed the world, Tim is remembered fondly by scores of people you may not realize. We miss you Tim, and we share the grief of loss of such a unique and wonderful person.
Dear Chris, Mitch, and Janelle
My deepest heartfelt condolences to all of you on the loss of Tim. My thoughts are with all of you. Tim was an amazing man and will always be missed. He was a huge influence on my family especially my son. That in itself makes me super emotional about this loss. We can all know we are better people from having Tim in our lives. Tim was a very special and inspirational person to me and I will miss him dearly. He will always be with us in spirit especially his family because he absolutely adored you all so so so much!! Take care during this difficult time. Much love.
