It is with sadness we announce the passing of Emily Rose Carter May 23, 2023 at the age of 21 years. Wake will commence Saturday May 27, 2023 at 2:00 pm and the funeral service will be held Monday May 29, 2023 at 1pm, both from the Pelican Lake First Nation Band Hall.
