My sincere condolences to Ray’s family. I was posted to Waskesiu with the RCMP from 1984-1988. I would often stop in for a visit with Ray. Always smiling, always happy and of course always working, such a wonderful person.
We were very sorry to hear of Ray’s passing.
Always enjoyed our time together and playing a round of golf with Ray.
