Obituary of Mike Kuzyk

In loving memory of Michael “Mike” Kuzyk was born May 27, 1933, Humboldt, SK and passed away November 7, 2023, Leoville, SK at 90 years of age.

Mike is lovingly remembered by: his loving wife of 64 years: Denise Kuzyk (nee Piché), his sons: Anthony (Denise) of Turner Valley, AB and family: Andy (Laura) - Jase and Olivia and Michelle (Reid) Wooldridge – Ivy, Daniel (Ann) of Bonnyville, AB and family: Julia (Tyler) Vallée, Amanda Kuzyk, Lynn Kuzyk (Scott Dyer), Allan of Pierceland, SK and son: Nickolas Kuzyk, his siblings: Mary (Clarence) Charbonneau of Leoville, SK, Stella (Lenard) Arndt of Saskatoon, SK also numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.

He is predeceased by his parents:  Prokop “Peter” and Paraska “Pearl” Kuzyk, his siblings: Marshall (1948), Walter (1976), and William (2005), his sister-in-law: Mary (2008).

A Private Mass of Christian burial was held Saturday, November 18, 2023, at 1:00 pm at Beau “Lac” Funeral Home, Spiritwood, SK with Father Ramel Macapala as celebrant.  Music ministry was provided by Gilles Francouer.

Mike’s Final resting place is in the Leoville Cemetery.

Following the interment, Mike’s family invited friends and family to join them for lunch and fellowship at the Golden Ring Senior Centre, Leoville, SK.

Memorial donations may be made to Residents and Family Council c/o Evergreen Health Centre, Leoville, SK in memory of Mike Kuzyk as tokens of remembrance.
