Jonathan Stover

Jonathan Fredrick Stover, passed away at 4:32 p.m. on November 21, 2023, at Rose Garden Hospice surrounded by his loving family.  Jonathan, who was also known as “Rachet 596”, was born on September 1, 1970.  When Jonathan was 8 years old, he and his sister, Chenoa moved in with his Dad and Stepmother, Sharron and kids, along with his youngest sister, Rebecca.  At age 12 Jonathan was put in CPRI in London, Ont.  At the age of 16 he moved back in with his Mom, his sister Honey Rose and his brother Nevada.  Jonathan was predeceased by his first wife, Verna. He had his first child, Jazmin together with Connie.  Jonathan chose to move to Saskatchewan, and in 2003 he met his future wife Tammy and her three children, Dusty, Zachery and Angel. They were joined by Nikkita, Chevy, Trinity and lived as a blended family.  Jonathan was known for his love of vehicles, especially Chevys like his Dad.  He was a great mechanic who could fix anything.  He loved showing his kids and siblings how to drive and work on cars.  Camping, 4x4ing, hunting and his shop were some of Jonathan’s favorite things.  In August of 2023 he was diagnosed with cancer.  The news of his illness left family and friends devastated.

A Public Vigil will be held from 4:00 – 6:00 p.m., on Monday, November 27, 2023, at Beau “Lac” Funeral Home, 300B - 300 Marquis Road West, Prince Albert, SK.
