Condolences to Helen Popoff's family and friends. I learned to know Helen when I was working in the Town Office in 2022. She was a vibrant lady who spoke her mind. I truly enjoyed talking with her and learned to love her in the short time we got to know each other. We first met while I was walking back and forth to the office with my little white dog, Halo. She was quiet at first, but when you got her talking, she was quite open and honest. Although I do not live in Blaine Lake, I will miss seeing her going about her business and feeding the cats that depended on her so much.
I believe that our good Lord will take care of her now. Rest in Peace Helen. God loves you.
